Description
This module is an introduction to the SIPOC diagram. A SIPOC diagram is a visual tool that captures the high level components of a process using the SIPOC acronym: Supplier, Input, Process, Output, and Customer. A SIPOC diagram is a straightforward tool that enables you to build a concise overview of a process, faciltiates dialogue among process stakeholders, and provides a foundation for emabrking on process improvement.
